Buckle Up, Hold on, It’s Going to Get Bumpy
The speed of changing technology has reached what we only imagined could be possible – how are we going to keep up? I knew this technology was coming – I knew the future of work would eventually become the present – but I had no idea how close this was to reality. We all want to have the best life experience we can – this new technology can either enhance this experience or overwhelm our lives.

Connecting and Sharing is Essential: When asked ‘How are you?’ it is totally acceptable to say I’m not ok!
I had a light bulb go off this week about how important it is to answer the question “How are you?” honestly, especially when the answer isn’t positive. Times are tough right now! We are all going through a variety of different emotions and trying to process and adapt to challenging circumstances. A lot has happened – this article was my attempt to processes some of it and recognize why connecting and sharing is so critical – especially in the workplace. As a Manager, I commit to creating a safe space for employees to honestly and openly share and connect with each other about whatever they are comfortable sharing.
